With over 10 years of industry experience, Aliya has achieved international recognition through her accomplishments. She has won multiple nail competitions and, in recent years, has earned prestigious certifications, including KHDA Certification, EdAc OPI Bronze, and Akzentz (A.C.E.). Her expertise and success have led her to become a judge for international nail competitions.
Aliya’s work has been featured on television, industry publications, and commercial magazines across the GCC and internationally. Her career has taken her around the world, conducting training events and inspiring the next generation of nail professionals. However, her greatest achievement remains her students, many of whom have gone on to become multi-award-winning nail artists and educators under her mentorship.
Aliya has extensive experience in distribution, education, and publication. She began educating independently in 2003 and quickly fell in love with teaching. Her curiosity and passion for learning make her not only a dedicated student herself but also an exceptional educator. She continuously seeks out and collaborates with the most talented professionals in the world, firmly believing in the power of continuous education.
Her journey in the nail industry began at a young age in Kazakhstan, where she developed a passion for sculpted gel and acrylic nails. Today, she leverages her beauty and business expertise to help nail professionals refine their skills and business practices.
Aliya is actively involved in training events and trade shows worldwide. With seven years of experience in distribution, education, and publication, she has played a key role in organizing nail competitions, international training events, trade shows, and collaborations with local salons. Her contributions continue to shape the industry, and she remains dedicated to educating, inspiring, and elevating nail professionals worldwide.
Aliya believes that true mastery comes from a balance of technical skill, creativity, and continuous learning. She is passionate about not just teaching techniques but also empowering professionals to think outside the box and elevate the industry as a whole.
Aliya has also worked closely with leading nail brands to refine training methodologies and contribute to product development, ensuring that professionals have access to the best tools and techniques.
Many of Aliya’s students have gone on to open their own successful salons, win international competitions, and become sought-after educators in their own right.
